Faulty goods can be returned to LGL either via the area manager or shipped directly back to us. We do not cover the cost of shipping returned items.
We realise returns can be the bane of your life so we've attempted to make the procedure as painless as possible. Start by giving Russ a call on 01329 827788 (option 1) and he'll be happy to advise the best process for the product in question.
Please ensure that returned products are accompanied by a completed RETURNS FORM with a detailed description of the fault(s); if we have to diagnose the problem ourselves, it will take longer to raise a credit.
As soon as the item arrives at the warehouse and is confirmed as faulty, we'll credit your account ... Simple!
Non-faulty items, returned for any reason other than an error on the part of LGL, may be liable for a discretionary restocking fee.
