Hitachi's new four door French Bottom Freezer breaks new boundaries incorporating Hitachi's vacuum compartment technology, versatility of the selectable zone storage and breakthrough energy saving of the VIP panel. The Hitachi R-WB640VGB1 combines all our design expertise with market leading knowledge. The ingenious four door design ensures that every compartment and zone is accessible and more cold air is kept inside making it a more energy efficient product. Each zone is packed with technology to ensuring food is kept as fresh as possible using different techniques such as vacuum freshness preservation, moisture control on vegetables or dry food, selectable soft freezing setting. 

The secret to longer-lasting freshness is reduced oxygen levels. Hitachi's original vacuum compartment extracts air to maintain approx. 0.8 atm. Meat, fish and dairy products are kept fresh and nutritious. Four temperature settings for the selectable zone allow you to adjust the compartment to your specific requirement. You can choose from Freezer, soft freeze, chill or refrigerator. The soft freeze setting allows meat and fish to be cooked instantly without the need to defrost.
